FAQ: WE ARE OPEN
First and foremost we hope you are doing well and are keeping safe. As we all try to adjust to our "new normal" and change the way we shop, it will be having an impact on all online companies.
Where some vapers would normally pop into their local vape shop, they are now turning to online companies. In turn this is increasing the amount of orders we are processing.
During these unprecedented times, Flavour Hub must also ensure the safety of our team members. To do so we have increased the cleaning of all surfaces, door handles, computer keyboards, desks etc. All team members are regularly asked to wash hands thoroughly, with all team members being supplied gloves and hand sanitisers. We have limited staff members working close together (2 meters apart at all times) and introduced rotation of all staff with less staff working at one time. This may have a slight impact on our processing times, but please rest assured we are working extremely hard to ensure your orders are dispatched as quickly as possible.
