Breakdown of Postage Options

Delivery times are all estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery times apply after your order has been dispatched (you will be sent an email confirming dispatch). Processing times vary depending on busy periods, all orders will be dispatched within 3 working days, with same working day dispatch being our average processing time. 


Breakdown of UK Postage Options

Royal Mail 1st Class: Royal Mail aim to deliver within 1-2 working days (including Saturdays)

DHL Parcel UK Next Working Day: This postage method is only available for mainland UK. Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands are excluded. If this postage is selected and your shipping address is in the areas excluded above, your order will be sent via Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked. DHL Parcel UK formerly known as UK Mail aim to deliver the next working day (week days only), with online parcel tracking. Please note processing times still occur

We reserve the right to change your delivery method. This instance will only occur if we feel the cost of the order is high and requires a signature on delivery, your delivery method may also be changed if the weight of the parcel exceeds the maximum set out by Royal Mail. 


Breakdown of Worldwide Postage Options

EU Tracked & Signed: Royal Mail aim to deliver to European (EU) countries within 3-5 working days - A signature will be required upon delivery and there is online delivery confirmation 

Worldwide Tracked & Signed: Royal Mail aim to deliver to non EU countries within 5-7 working days - A signature will be required upon delivery and there is online delivery confirmation 

Please note all EU and worldwide shipping prices on our website are only an estimate, if you parcel weighs over 2KG, we will email you the excess cost, which will then be payable via our PayPal account prior to us dispatching. The possibly additional postage costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend if you are ordering from outside the UK to not purchase large quantities of heavier items such as Propylene Glycol & Vegetable Glycerin all at once. If your parcel weighs over 2KG, you will be emailed the excess postage cost or have an option of removing items to lower the weight of the parcel. If items are removed before dispatch, customers will be refunded for those items. 

Alternative Courier Company: If your parcel weighs over 2KG and you wish to pay the additional postage costs, we reserve the right to send your parcel via a different shipping method regardless of the postage you have selected. Once your order has been dispatched the chosen courier company should email with your tracking information. Once we have dispatched your order, the contract is now between you and the courier service. If you need any assistant, we will do our best to help where we can. 


Under the "Health and Safety Regulations" we are UNABLE to accept returns on any liquids. Please ensure the flavour or mixing liquid you have chosen is the correct one. We do not offer any refunds on liquids if a customer doesn't like the taste, taste is subjective. We recommend that all customers purchase a 10ml concentrate or the smallest size available to try to the flavour before purchasing a bigger quantity
